--Honesoft® S-7000 Anti-bacterial Agent - 99%+ inhibition that survives 50 laundering cycles.
As demand for hygienic textiles keeps climbing, mills face the same question: how do you deliver a wash-durable anti-bacterial finish that still performs after 50 washes? This guide sets out the four criteria to check before you buy any wash-durable anti-bacterial agent for textiles - and shows how Honesoft® S-7000 measures up: 99%+ inhibition of E. coli, S. aureus and C. albicans after 50 laundering cycles, independently verified to FZ/T 73023-2006 at Grade AAA.
Selection Guide
Four Things to Confirm Before You Buy
When comparing suppliers, we recommend confirming the following four points before requesting samples:
◆ Check the test standard and data: ask for a third-party test report, and confirm the standard used (e.g. FZ/T 73023-2006, AATCC 100, ISO 20743), and whether the test was run on unwashed fabric or after a specified number of home launderings - the latter is the real test of durability.
◆ Check wash durability: after how many laundering cycles does the inhibition rate still meet the target? Wash resistance directly determines the functional life of the finished product.
◆ Check the impact on the fabric itself: is the pH near-neutral? Will it affect color fastness or hand feel, or cause yellowing? For next-to-skin textiles, formulation mildness matters as well.
◆ Check process compatibility: does it cover your fiber types (natural/synthetic)? Is it compatible with your existing equipment (padding/exhaust)? Consider dosage and cost - one agent covering multiple fibers means far fewer process changes.

Outstanding Performance
1. Proven Anti-bacterial Power : 99%+ Inhibition, Third-Party Verified After 50 Washes
Verified by a third-party laboratory, Anti-bacterial Agent S-7000 was tested in accordance with the shake flask method set out in Appendix D of FZ/T 73023-2006, "Antibacterial Knitted Products", on samples after 50 laundering cycles. The results show an inhibition rate of 99.97% against E. coli, 99.96% against Staphylococcus aureus, and 99.14% against Candida albicans. All three were rated "Compliant," and the anti-bacterial performance reached Grade AAA - meaning that even after 50 washings, the inhibition rate remains firmly above 99%. It rapidly suppresses bacterial growth and gives textiles a wash-durable anti-bacterial protective layer, providing all-around health protection from everyday apparel to home textiles and bedding.

2. Broad Fiber Compatibility - from Next-to-Skin Underwear to Hotel Linens
From next-to-skin underwear, socks and loungewear, to hotel bedding, towels and bath linens that endure high-frequency laundering, to home textiles such as curtains - across these anti-bacterial application scenarios, the S-7000 Anti-bacterial Agent helps deliver a wash-durable finish. One proven process recipe can be reused across orders, saving mills the cost of repeated adaptation and trial and error.

3. Gentle Chemistry - Near-Neutral pH, Wash-Durable, Skin-Friendly
A common concern: will an anti-bacterial finish affect the fabric itself? Here is what the data shows:
◆ Near-neutral pH 5.5–7.5 - gentle on textiles and on the people wearing them.
◆ Cationic with 55–60% active content - high active content is what underpins the wash durability that keeps the effect intact after repeated laundering.
◆ Mild formulation, suitable for next-to-skin textiles - supporting brands positioned around health and hygiene.
