Ultra-Soft Softener

Honesoft^® QL-532 is a cationic ultra-soft softener oil supplied as a light-yellow transparent liquid. Developed for cotton, terry cloth, denim and similar fabrics, it imparts an exceptionally soft handfeel and excellent hydrophilicity. Easy to dilute and dissolve, with good compatibility and low-temperature fluidity, and AEEA-free, it meets international textile eco-standards. Derived from natural oleochemicals, it suits both exhaust and pad finishing processes.

【Recommended Use】

【Dilution Requirement】

QL-532 is a concentrated softener oil and must not be used directly; predilute it to a 5% – 10% solution first (too high a concentration sharply raises viscosity and harms re-dilution performance).

【Reference Dilution Process】

1. Add water at 20–30°C to the dosing tank (if below 20°C, heat to 30–40°C before use).

2. Add QL-532 while stirring, and stir at medium speed until fully dispersed and dissolved with no visible particles.

    Note: dissolving in warm water (40–60°C) speeds up dissolution and improves the handfeel.

3. Filter and discharge for later use.

【Typical Dosage】

• Exhaust: 2.0–10.0% o.w.f. (on 10% dilution);
• Pad: 20.0–100.0 g/L (on 10% dilution).

The actual dosage may be increased or decreased for special fabrics or finishing requirements.

Note: this section describes the customer-side recommended compounding / application process, not the factory's proprietary manufacturing process, which is not disclosed.

【Storage】

Store in the original sealed pack at room temperature for up to 12 months. Keep sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to air or storage under extreme heat / cold; prolonged high temperature may cause discoloration and deterioration.

【Transport】

During transport keep the pack sealed, leak-proof and protected from impact; handle gently and keep away from heat and ignition sources.

Note: being oleochemical-based, the product may show slight sedimentation, or thicken/cloud at low temperature and thin/clear at high temperature - all normal physical changes that do not affect performance; stir the whole drum thoroughly before dilution.
