Cationic Fluffy Textile Softener Honesoft® QS-315 is a cationic fluffy textile softener specially developed for pure cotton and its blended fabrics, supplied as pale-yellow to yellow-green semi-beads. Through targeted structural design it imparts a soft, fluffy, airy-full handfeel without boardiness, while offering low yellowing. Formulated without AEEA fatty-acid condensates, it meets international textile eco-standards. Derived from oleochemicals and suitable for both exhaust and pad finishing processes, it is a green textile auxiliary.

FAQ
Q1: How is it used?
A: Predilute to a 5% – 10% solution before use; never use directly. Dissolve by heating to 70 – 80℃ per the reference process, cool below 45℃ and filter before use.
Q2: How fluffy is the effect?
A: Imparts a soft, fluffy, airy-full handfeel; even cotton stays non-boardy.
Q3: What happens at high temperature?
A: Oleochemical-based - it gets sticky at high temperature and may melt or cake; store at or below 35℃.
